PUXANO is looking for 2 motivated computer science job students to join our team in the summer of 2022. They will support the computational team with the further development of ProConDor, a software platform for automated protein construct design.

As a job student, you will be involved in:
• the development of a Python Django Web API
• dockerize the ProConDor suite

PUXANO is looking for someone who:
• is following a Masters of Science in Informatics or Computer Science or another scientific training program with a major focus on practical programming skills.
• has programming experience in Python
• has experience with code versioning in Git
• has experience with Linux
• has experience with Docker
• has experience with setting up an API
• is proficient in English (oral and written)
• knowledge of basic molecular biology (proteins) is an advantage, but not required
