Are you the Product Expert we are looking for?
*After a few weeks of training, you quickly become a product expert in our Arkieva tool.
*You are our customers’ first point of contact. They rely on your technical know-how to help model their planning solutions.
*As part of our small team of product experts you are one of the go-to persons for our consultants and help them efficiently configure planning solutions in SQL.
*Your keen interest in Supply Chain processes also allows you to support our customers functionally.
*You work on short assignments allowing you to develop a steep learning curve and work with a lot of different people.
*You take ownership of your work: you assess the problem, solve incidents independently, and discuss the solution with the consultant or customer.
*Your technical background allows you to be involved in a variety of tasks: assisting with installations as well as taking up responsibility in internal IT projects.

*You hold a degree in IT or equivalent through relevant experience.
*You have a solid knowledge of SQL, experience within Supply Chain is a plus.
*You master technical ICT language but also connect easily to business stakeholders.
*You are a true team player and love to help, from coaching business consultants in the correct use of SQL to supporting customers in the effective use of their planning solutions.
*You are analytical and result-oriented, you think in solutions rather than problems.
*You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you easily translate ideas into feasible action points.
*You are a quick learner, able to work independently and handle responsibility well.
*You have excellent communication skills (English & Dutch).
