Are you an engineering student with an interest in IC design? At Sofics we offer internships to master students.
After an intensive in-house training covering basics of design, layout and measurements, you will be assigned to on-going R&D projects. As part of our experienced team of ESD and analog design engineers, you will discover in a very hands-on way what it takes to develop circuits and advanced ESD solutions for the most diverse processes and applications, ranging from HV technologies for automotive ICs to 3nm FinFET for the SOC of tomorrow.
