We are looking for an Associate Director, Site Controller to join our Finance team at Lonza Bornem.

As a Site controller, you will support the Departments Heads of the site on Month-end reporting, analysis, forecast & key projects.

Key responsibilities:
• Act as a key strategic business partner to Department Heads and Site Head to provide transparency and insight for good decision making.
• Support the EMEA Ops Head of Finance during the Month-End close, annual budgeting, Outlook process, worker council and other ad hoc requests.
• Serve as the primary interface to Shared Service Center, ensuring compliance with internal controls and managing audit-related topics within the
area of responsibility.
• Lead, manage and ensure successful delivery of key improvement projects, driving impact across functions.
• Perform in-depth monthly operational variances analysis and communicate findings proactively.
• Prepare and present the Monthly Reporting Pack, providing clear narrative and recommendations

• Master degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent
• Advance experience in working in Finance and controlling
• Strong systems knowledge: Excel (advanced), SAP CO/FI, SAP Business Warehouse, SAC and Powerpoint
• High level of reporting accuracy and professional integrity
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interpret and explain financial information and projections
• Ability to hold group presentations
• Fluent in English and Dutch
