The Process Technician strengthens the Process engineering organization in order to support day to day changes in our production organization

Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Execution of activities for production machine changes and special productions on the production lines in Bornem (size/bar changes, special productions, new products,…)
• Adjust process parameters in consultation with process engineers (instructions, use of follow-up tools)
• Inspection and follow-up of the hard gelatin capsule machines for both quality (defects) and performance (scrap/losses).
• Implement the actions to be taken to get better control of these issues (dimensional control, drying parameters, HCM set point changes,...)
• Maintain close contacts with the different departments of production, production operators, mechanics and QA engineers. Share information and explain procedures so we all work towards a better organization
• Participate in improvement projects on both quality as performance optimization

• Someone with experience in a production environment
• You have an affinity with closely monitoring production lines on a daily basis
• You are interested in a production process and want to continuously improve
• You are communicative and enjoy working in a team
• You enjoy working with different stakeholders and types of people and you speak Dutch
