We are looking for a Business Analyst to re-enforce our team and help our customers with their Digital Transformation. Our Business Analyst will work in close collaboration with the DevOps team. The ideal candidate is clearly a team player with a knack for innovation.

Responsibilities:

- You are the bridge between the customer's requirements and docbyte's solutions: Analysing requirements for medium to large scale projects.
- You take functional ownership of the proposed solution.
- You strive to optimize the customer's business processes
- You define the test approach, test cases and help with the execution
- You collaborate closely with the project manager and advise on the project needs and status.

- You have worked in Agile teams
- Good knowledge of IT solutions
- Guiding people in digital transformation
- BPMn
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills in Dutch, English and French.
