We are looking for a new team member to further support our III-V semiconductor device process development.

Your tasks will include:
- Improve and adapt the fabrication process of our gain chips and photodiodes
- Highlighting points of improvement for our design teams
- Daily hands-on work with optical lithography, wet chemistry, ICP-RIE plasma processes, PECVD of dielectrics, metal deposition, lift-off, etc.

Who we are looking for:
- Master degree in engineering, chemistry, physics or related (or equivalent level through experience)
- Hands-on experience in cleanroom semiconductor processing is an advantage
- Well-organized, with attention to detail
- A team player, with an ability of clear progress reporting
