At Picanol, we are focused on operating a digital workplace with Microsoft Windows 10 and M365. This position requires you to contribute to the further roll-out and proper use of the Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 platform, which serves as the framework for our online collaboration.

Your task
- Contributing ideas on how the digital workplace can improve the efficiency of our employees and exploring new opportunities.
- Analyzing the needs of the end users and transforming them into functional solutions.
- Assisting, advising, and working very closely with colleagues, end users, and external parties.
- Testing and documenting to achieve good results.
- Developing training materials and managing them in our central learning platform.
- Providing training and coaching end users in using our IT resources.

Skills and Tools
- You should be interested in digitalizing business flows.
- You will be required to discover the needs of end users and convince them of the benefits and possibilities offered by a digital workplace.
- You must be enthusiastic about providing training to end users.
- You need to be familiar with Windows and the Microsoft 365 platform.
