Furnipop is a Belgian startup building an AI-powered platform that helps users discover, mix, and visualize interior products that fit together harmoniously.

During this internship, you’ll help design and develop the AI matching engine that forms the brain of our platform: combining computer vision, machine learning, and data science to recognise style, color, and material relationships between thousands of products.

You’ll experiment with state-of-the-art models (CLIP, ViT, ResNet), work on data preprocessing and embedding pipelines, and evaluate how AI can generate explainable, aesthetic recommendations that also respect real-world constraints like budget, region, and sustainability.

You’ll be part of a small, creative startup team (currently in the Start it @KBC incubation program) with plenty of freedom to explore your own ideas and contribute directly to our proof of concept.

- Python (and preferably PyTorch or TensorFlow)
- Basic knowledge of machine learning or computer vision
- Familiarity with data handling (SQL, APIs) is a plus
- Curiosity, creativity, and willingness to experiment with AI in a real product context
